I was in the market for a new apartment rental in September of 2014. I met Clifton through a friend. Since I don’t have a car, he come to my home pick me up then go look for homes. Before he came he always sent me an email in advance explaining the plan of the day: how many homes we will see, where, .ect. Once we went to see a home in Lynn, I like it so much and I was so excited, so I asked Clifton to place an offer, but Clifton refused and opened my eyes of many problems that the home had, which I didn’t notice it because I was so excited, Since that day I had full trust of Clifton because of his honesty and integrity, he could place an offer and push for the purchase to take place so he can make his commission, instead he advise me not to buy it.
